The Alliance provides the technical support offered by the Zero Carbon Accelerator. There is a wealth of expertise in the Alliance of seventeen organisations, spanning energy solutions to zero carbon strategy, retrofit to support with preparing for finance and funding opportunities. Through this Alliance, which include organisations from micro-SMEs up to large companies, the GLA shows its commitment to growing the supply chain.

EEVS brings essential performance management and savings verification expertise to the Zero Carbon Accelerator. By offering training, advice, and verification EEVS ensures IPMVP best practice Measurement & Verification (M&V) is baked-into project set up and delivery. Each year PTE’s multi-disciplinary team designs and delivers 1,000‑plus homes, across London, Essex and the southeast with research playing an essential role.
